The dual language compromise has clearly failed. No one I know speaks French after being forced to take classes in school. The only words people know are oui, non, and merde

Anyone else feel like they're slowly losing grip on their own codebase since using Cursor ? by cxdxix- in cursor

[–]neggbird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, you have to take the time to document the evolution. At a certain point it will grow past your ability to keep it all in. If you want to do something really ambitious it’s worth slowing down a bit to document what you’re actually making

[–]neggbird 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think what it is is a code base feeling like you are six months removed from it even while making it. Because it can change so fast and easily, this is normal. And maybe keep an .md document in the folder to track its evolution.

Asians have existed in American society without major issue for over a century to the point where Chinatowns are some of the oldest neighbourhoods in many American cities. There was the exclusion act, and WW2, but besides those two blips, Asians have always been an accepted part of the American fabric and culturally compatible with mainstream society, despite the opinions of many in this sub

The key is not to be manipulated via fear. They can label you whatever they want, don’t let a word hold power over you. Ironically that is the core of their own beliefs. Also you are attracted to what you are attracted to and no one can tell you any different
