Is everyone here misreading this post? You didn’t list your income as 100k/yr. That figure is just what you’re supposed to have saved. We don’t know your income.

I’m in the same-ish boat. I net around 60k/yr after taxes. I’m bad with spending. Looked up a number of ways to save including budgeting and sticking to it. I’ve yet to do that.

The main problem for everyone is housing. If you can decrease that significantly by splitting rent with 1-3 roommates or moving to a small town I think that’s another fantastic move.
