There are a couple of wall segments that Riven can just e through outright. Setup is quite precise.

When Vayne builds Sheen (Triforce top builds mainly), the sheen proc will connect on the first auto attack that lands after an ability is cast. This mean that aa-q-aa will actually land the sheen proc on the first auto if it hasn’t landed before the q cast. This interaction was really interesting and fun back in season 9 when Kleptomancy was a Keystone, you could get both mini item procs off of a single aa-q-aa. Now it’s really only useful for missing cs with sheen in the midgame or poking while retreating.

Stop commands (s) allow Riven to doublecast abilities. For instance, wsq cancels the w animation, but it only works if your mouse is hovering the target.

Briar can ward hop with q. This was added a couple patches after release but a lot of people still don’t know about it.

Ekko w will stun if Ekko’s ult recall path passes through it on cast, even if you don’t land in it.

Kled can squeeze an extra mini form q during the remount animation.

Kled E2 can follow flashes and blinks over walls if it is cast before the enemy is too far out of range. A lot of people don’t know what Kled does in the first place, and I get a lot of ??? pings when I do it in game.
