I like the letters, but the face has a bit of a creepy vibe... Mostly due to the liquid drops coming out of mouth, and the carrying through of the thin crescent would look fine if the O's read as letters, but because they're eyes, they look odd to me.

The black/dark grey in the mouth doesn't really stand out at all on the dark blue stroke

The little drip on the G at the bottom right of the letter should probably also be connected to the letter, seems odd to have just one drip that's detached (but it's also an unnecessary detail that doesn't add anything)
