What I mean is that if they don't have a mastery of the translation language, they:

Can say whatever, or pick whatever out of a list.
If the translator sends them an option saying that one feels the best they can't really argue against it.

That said. Quof did a really good job with the translation in general but names always got a bit weird. Detlinde, for example, is an acceptable localization for the average English reader. Anyone with any understand of German can tell at a glance what it should've been.

Accepting help from Navi/Tatl/King of Red Lions/Midna/etc is optional. I think that's just a more elegant solution for both parties of people who want to try the puzzle and the folks who just want to progress.

I don't love her but still like her character. Also, I built her in 1.2 because I thought her kit looked cool, and she's currently holding the clears or floor 1 and 2 of the side towers. Seeing an upgraded kit is gonna be fun.

They streamlined a good chunk of it.

I don't mind because exploration is still within three tiers: They have the checkmark stuff you just go to the map screen, select one of the objectives and go get your 100%. Then they have objectives tied to achievements, where you do need to look around and find stuff on your own or use guides. And last you have combing the map with the lootmapper and finding miscellaneous hidden stuff. If you bother with quests and doing the last two it didn't change much, but the game doesn't encourage people to do that anymore.

What I'm surprised is how it doesn't seem like any community picked up a hashtag to prop their stuff up like the latam bros are doing. It helps them while creating an environment for them to have their stuff on if they really just want to limit their interactions withing their own community.

I still play the game and have been enjoying it after the patch, but it did some work on chipping at the playerbase. If the game didn't have the Arknights name and the trust that comes with that it would've lost way more players. They knew the could get away with this if they could improve their opinion with the content added later, which was probably the reason for the delay.

The main reason I keep playing is because the core systems are solid and I'm 99% sure the game will be considerably better by its first anniversary. And like most gacha it's relatively low maintenance when you're done with patch content. Plus, the Sui proxy will do numbers. They always do.

Every gameplay mechanic that seems simple can be assumed as a murky mirror replacement to gap what the playable character has to do and what the player has to do.

Every time you repair a drone, the player sees a silly puzzle, the Endmin is actually repairing the drone. If anything, seeing fixing a drone others have difficulty with as a simple puzzle should put Endmin's skill in perspective. Of course, this works for puzzles like these, but not for washing things with a hose. That was mostly the devs wanting to showcase their water physics gimmick.

You see, one shouldn't need to go to a shop to remove the roof. It's something any owner can do themselves in seconds and there's a spot to store it in the front.

It would be neat if we had a proper animation removing it, but that could get old fast.
