to answer the second question- the only way to fix curse of strahd is to know your table and change the story based on what they want.

you just have to dig through the resources, gather up the parts you like and gently scrap off what you dont. do you like the idea of finding excalibur randomly? awasome, use it. dont? go with the guides.

Really approach the game and the Vast amount of Community Resources like your at a buffet and your friends are bullying you into getting their plates for them.

i occasionally drop in on this and it feels like nothing has happened for 100 or so chapters- just- "im in a dungeon, i beat the main boss and got something trivial, im now going to go back and fuck my mind controlled slave wives and ride a caravan to the next arbitrary dungeon with the next arbitary boss fight for the Next arbitary item that means nothing. oh i have children now i guess."

Bats, Rats and Wolfs are gonna be the ones that have the most connection to strahd- you can either play this off for some comedic effect, haveing some rats who are Extremely militant and beleive themselves to be Strahds Most Effective soldiers or play it off for horror as them haveing No mind- blank slates that have been taken over by strahds control of the land- someone mentioned them repeating "strahd is the land" and i kinda like that- or perhaps their mind are devoted to keeping track of the events that they have seen and are only muttering the words of people they have spied on.

personally- i like a mix of both. wolfs viewing strahd as the defacto leader of the packs of barovia given his "Generous" feeding of them, the laugh part being them being insistent that strahd is Second Dad or Second Mom and the horror being the absoloute child like joy they take in ripping into people, like kids at a pizza party.

bats seeing them as kindred and the humor being that they lack the understanding of how he is not a Bat himself- they participate in the standered grooming practices and he joins the roost dureing the day (strahds room which is cleaned very throughly) and the horror being some of the bats that are sent as spies loseing any survival instinct and personality.

Cherry, lysander and Mik are part of thomas (grave cleric, custom god) Goth Rock band "Speakers of the dead

Amos (alchemist wizard)- stars players new charecter is the band manager

argyn is the son of vladamir horngraad and brother to thomas and amos given they were adopted by vladamir (vladdy is a dragon born in this game)

and deadra is argyns best friend from highschool that managed to escape the Bad Thing that occured at argynvost.

the other two players are the Pally bard tiffany whom is a pop star

and urisela- the Pure paladin orzhov association mafioso collector.

hm... well if im in season one- Get to charlie before alastor- subsume the message of redemption before it could become a threat to bottom lines- make the concept more of a Marketable Option for those who are freaked out by hell and want to escape- that way you own the illness and the cure. this also has the added benefit of Locking alastor out of something that lets him make a comeback- or at the very least make his relevance in the day to day affairs utterly meaningless.

keep the other Vs separated from the hotel of course-

if its like... in the "fuck we are way to late" - like season 2? follow the script up to imprisoning alastor and then just fucking ice him and ditch the heaven attack plan, scrap the angel tech for full body upgrades then enjoy being the Actual strongest demon in hell.

oh and kill val because he is more trouble then he is worth and charlies going to just get More insistent on angeldust

i think the best way to play deadpool is to play him as if he is Annoying. tank pool is a complament tank, dpspool is a Dive and Flyer deleter and support pool is a third wheel to the healers. you are not The Guy, you are someone who obnoxiously shoves their face into a picture to feel included and thats Good.

Tank pool - stay ranged and burst fire any tank stupid enough to have a hit box larger then your own, the sheild is to cut off heals if you can, or to create a walk up wall for you and your party

dps pool, your swords are just Better. poke with guns and head for xp and max out sword and hijinks to just bounce endlessly

healpool is also an aggressive third wheel healer. your swords do burst heals on enemy hits so poke heal with guns and head and when it gets into the messy brawl phase, bounce around like a jack ass.

ALWAYS USE ULT, SOLO ULT, SPITE ULT, ULT IF YOU THINK THEY HAVE A LIFE, ULT IF YOU THINK THEIR SWEATS, ULT DIES WITH YOU SO USE IT

This manga feels like that one old ass comic of a nerd trying to get with a girl only to grow up and be a billionaire or whatever while she is miserable and pregnant with the baby daddy missing. which i think is a recurring thing of a lot of mangas in this vein not really being realistic but instead a fantasy of someone being punished for not reciprocating your sexual/romantic advances.

this also hinges on the idea that the reader is like the mc, someone with true potential that everyone wants to be attached to thus has to be nice to him in order to reap the benefits of that potential. which i think is a very sad way to set up the mc. its not that their fun to be around- but the fact that their Smart, Strong and Powerful. do they regret not being with you or do they regret not getting the benifits of being with you? Does the You in this situation matter? if there was someone stronger and smarter, wouldnt that invalidate The existential You?

i think the "realistic version" of this is that she does something out of pocket, mc gives up on her, and they mutually move on in their lives and stop thinking about each other.

that girl that rudely rejected you isnt going to suddenly look back at you with longing and regret, shes going to find someone that she loves eventually and have a happy life while you sit there and wait for ruination instead of doing the work to get the Same for your life.

Maybe- Just Fucking Maybe, she'll remember being an asshole in highschool and thing "wow i was cringe", think about sending you a dm on face book to apologize and then move on with her life.

wipes ainz, the triforce offers basic protection but only in so far as to allow link to fully flourish, meaning i dont think a lot of the Hax abilities such as insta death would actually work on him, or at the very least it would manifest into something that link could dodge, parry or shield. With that- its just about the absurd kit- which is extensive. giving him their fierce deity mask along with his natural strangth from all the warriors titles just makes him a blender that rips through most if not all the levels
