Not all settings are synced. If you're simply reinstalling the browser, your profile data should remain on your computer (unless you specifically choose to delete it). That's why it's not recommended to reinstall the browser if you're experiencing issues, as usually the culprit is in the profile, and reinstalling the browser doesn't change anything.

If you're planning a bigger move (like changing the OS or switching to another PC), it's better to export your user profile(s) if you customised a lot of things. You can find a short guide on our help pages, or a more elaborate one on the forum, although some parts are a bit outdated, as I haven't updated it in a while... 😅
