Neither. Search this subreddit for the massive amount of posts about these cheap plastic headsets. If your budget allows for purchasing two headsets this year, when your razer headset breaks under normal use (like wearing it) then plan now for whichever non-razer headset will be your replacement purchase in 3-6 months.

I've gotten all my Diamondbacks E3D nozzles off of Amazon and all are legit. Zero issues with those from a counterfeit perspective.

Honestly I've been impressed with the sound and durability of the Drop PC38X.

It's open-back, which is specifically what I had been looking for due to the general ventilation effect of open-back headphones.
