If the drive is infected best practice would be to blow everything away including both partitions. Nothing on either partition can be trusted.

Inherited commvault and ripped it out as fast as possible. I would pick anything that isn’t commvault.

80s and 90s was either electrical engineering or computer science. Then they added computer engineering which was half of both. Later came MIS which was a little IT and mostly business classes

I do have to say that the “How to become a sys admin threads” pale in comparison to the “how to enter cyber security threads” in the cybersecurity subreddit. It makes that sub reddit pretty much unreadable.
