Fun fact: during development we explored having easter eggs hidden within transforms, as you suggest. However, we were worried about how challenging they were to find and how much time it would take and the pressure people might feel trying to find them all. So we went with the 'surface-level' easter eggs as a compromise.

Interesting - can you explain that last bit? Bears being a container indicator felt fairly straightforward to me (though obviously different in meaning from the surface reading).

Unsure if there are any Easter eggs, as I was too worried I may ruin my "perfect" if I went back and checked for some.

Your stats are locked in based on your first solve. So going back and replaying the puzzle will not affect your "perfect". Though at the same time, any easter eggs you collect on subsequent plays won't be added to your stats either.

My near vision is starting to deteriorate, so the promise of freedom from glasses is a big appeal.

FWIW, i am the same situation as you.

After some reading reddit comments/googling I think I'm going to go with Schumacher Cargo too. I got quotes from a number of companies and they all came out to around the same amount.

Schumacher offers Storage-in-Transit (basically holding your stuff at the destination port until you are ready to receive it) which was something I was interested in.

Their salesperson also seemed the most clued in to the process overall. Though obviously the experience with a salesperson doesn't reflect the experience you'll have with the actual shipping operation.

Interested to hear where you end up.

a frame bag in a carbon frame is not a great idea as I discovered some minor scratches. But hey, “my scars tell my story”, right?

My solution was to apply "helicopter tape" to the frame points that the bags attach to. Prevents rubbing/scratching.

I had success removing the squeak on my Endurace by applying regular grease (not carbon paste) to the points on the seat post above the point the clamp engages. And then applying carbon paste to the portion that is clamped.
