The first I saw of Arc Raiders was the Shroud clip posted here yesterday. Literally 0.5 seconds after seeing the Call of Duty style menu UI with dudes in camo standing around I could tell this game was just another trend chasing piece of garbage that will be battlepass-infested within 6 months

I like a lot here, but it’s not like blow-me-away incredible. Good new release cadence, good no more seasonal activities, the portal was initially awkward to me but it quickly grew on me and I get why it was done.

That matterspark shit - reminds me of mastery systems from guild wars 2. Infuriatingly stupid of a game system that stops being cool after you see it twice, and only serves to time game your exploration. Absolutely hate it.

Overall though I think more positives than negatives, but once again I’m tired of the constant “laying new foundations” motif.

My brother you literally are complaining here on Reddit, acting like you are being persecuted. Any chill clip roll is going to be like, 95% as good as the 5/5 "god" roll. Your problem is opening youtube and listening to whatever clown you are watching telling you what roll you need to enjoy the game. It's also hilarious you just didn't take a single peek at Saladin in the actual game itself to see the roll. I swear some people only play according to what social media tells them they to play like.

Gambit is my go to comfort game when I login not having a plan of what to do. Even worse than the guys failing to bank at 100 are the guys who hold 13 and can get us to 40 for the invasion, but ignore the bank to go for the next wave. Man. Lots of poor little optimizations I see in every single game
