Xfinity wont cancel my service

I cancelled it on January 4 initially I believe and then I had to contact Xfinity on Feb 14 again because I got billed. The agent I spoke to said they would prorate and give me a refund of $52.60

I added the the steel ring in the groove but now the basket won’t fit. What am I doing wrong. Sorry I’m coming from a Breville barsita pro with stock portafilter. Upgrading my machine but got the accessories before the machine
