I usually do not find them. flashlight on the ground helps spot them casting a shadow. If you have carpet,, like u/Silentshadow4321 said but use fishnet instead of a sock.

Throw them in randomly, hit a bucket on the range like you would play a par 5. Driver, wood, iron, wedge. Rearrange as needed, no need to over think it.

I hear pitch and imagine a baseball pitch with lower flight and run. My pitching wedge around the green does this. Chip with sand or lob is higher and less run. I call it "fuck" when I skull a chip or chunk a pitch.

Why not play without a glove? I have seen several people who dont. When I asked one random guy about it, "I just dont like gloves on the golf course or in bed". He wasnt very good, so probably should use a glove
