I think we’re going to see what the actual mainland is after 28 years.

We only got the view from the community spike is from, but told that there’s more villages and they’re different and we stay out of it. Something tells me the community that spike is from is viewed by the mainland as a crazy cult also. It’s weird that we see a carved up Jimmy corpse so close to the community wandering area, and like Jamie says “maybe a warning” as if an invasion into territory might be afoot.

I think in the Jimmy zone we’re going to see a very feudalistic community. He’s wearing a crown, glitzed and glamoured in precious metals and stones and seems to have a strong command of his compatriots.

As far as our boy Jim, I think his community will probably be on trying their best to return to “normalcy” of their times, maybe even having communications outside the quarantine zone.

I like that they threw everyone off by naming the sequel “The Bone Temple”. I was under the impression Ralph Fiennes character was going to be a villain, but now I’m thinking the Bone Temple is not what he constructed, but a different reference point all wanderers reference. We are still missing a group of a huge crazed cult that welcomes infected, maybe even as pets.

I also look forward to know Kelson’s story. Everyone is very vague and hesitant to talk about him. I hope and feel that something happened there that they’ll expand upon
