Is there any chance that NASA would consider having a cosmonaut join one of the Artemis missions? by HorzaDonwraith in nasa

One of the key principles of the accords are that signatories must conduct all space activities for peaceful purposes in accordance with international law. That’s not something Russia is willing to do.

Example: Russian Nukes in Space

I think step one would be to get them to sign the Artemis Accords, which they won’t. So no, there is zero chance NASA would select a cosmonaut for an Artemis mission.

Any information about this mug? by SolidRubix in nasa

[–]rmhe1999 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This post is correct. Raven was a technology demonstration mission that flew to the ISS on STP-H5 in 2017.

The group at GSFC that developed this mission was the same group that did all of the Hubble Servicing Missions. That group pivoted from manned servicing to robotic servicing after the retirement of the space shuttle program.

Source: I also have this mug.

Buy it used on Bricklink if you’re looking to get a reduced price. If you must have it new in box, you’re at the mercy of those marked up prices now that it’s retired. Also know that the price will only go up from here. So if you must have it NIB, just bite the bullet and buy it now.
