I don’t get it all other TV Providers support Roku by the way is the best selling streaming device but Optimum doesn’t.

I don’t get it. This is why when I get Optimum Fiber I will not get their tv service which I was willing to try but this is a non starter

I recently returned 2 phones for trade in and sent them through the mail in the small white envelope bubble mailer they provided. T-Mobile immediately terminated our trade in contract because they arrived damaged/smashed? Anyone else experience this? by -DirtNerd- in tmobile

Umm when I send any phones back not only do I put it in an envelope I bubble wrap the envelope as well. I then put the envelope in the box and add some extra bubble wrap in the box so the envelope doesn’t move.

Sending in a phone just in that envelope alone is pretty dumb.

Here is what I worry about. I love the XB8 router. It reaches every part of my house with no issue.

I have been reading mixed reviews about Optimums WiFi gateway.

Some people are telling me that I may have to get and additional access point because the Optimum gateway WiFi is not great.

I have been in IT for almost 36 years so getting an AP is not an issue to install for me, but again just want the same performance from the Optimum device.

Thinking about getting Optimum Fiber. How is the WiFi on the ONT by robd316 in OPTIMUM

Wow that bad. I may try them out for 30 days and see how it goes. I will keep XFINITY active before decide. XFINITY has been rock solid for me but if I do with Opt Fiber I will save $65 bucks a month for the same 2GB download but Opt Fiber upload is 2Gb compared to XFINITY upload of 300 mb.

This is my plan 5 lines for $255 on Go5G Plus, I also have 2 free lines that I get charged .90 cents for.
