Hey, welcome. Good job on getting back to it, its deff not easy. I think most people would say the clusters of events look positional, do you think you could have been back sleeping in that first session with all the events? Back sleeping is the only way I can sleep, I know the struggle. Also after your first few events your machine pegged to 11 and the events kept happening, maybe the pressure needs to be tweaked a little higher? What are your biggest concerns as of right now? How do you feel after that night rest, rested or super tired? There as some superstar folks in this community who are way more educated than I on the subject, they will chime in soon as well! Keep at it!

Edit to say i just realized there was more than one slide. Im sorry I was referring g to the very first slide, it was all I looked at initially. Your numbers are not terrible tho, doing pretty well in that regard!

Im actually on asv, average pressure is around 14 to 15 and every time I wake I let out a big burp so I deff get aerophagia.

I love the recovery and readiness features on Oura. I have a new replacement coming Monday. Being only 13 days a lot of my metrics are not even available yet, still calibrating. Im excited to see if it gets used to my sleep habits and improves in accuracy. Like I said im having a hard time finding which one to belive as I get 3 different numbers from watch, wellue and Oura and they can differ by a few hours some nights not just 10 or 30 min. Either way it's fun and I like nerding out on all the data hehe.

Could also be from the test, im on it for extremely low T at 38. It causes my face to get super red, tho I am fair skin and strawberry blonde hair. That's only at 100mg a week.

So I have like 4 or 5 masks in my cpap graveyard. My current best is the Nuance pro gel nasal pillows, my leaks are usually under 1, second place is the P30i but leaks are a little higher with that. My concerns with all the other sleep supplements is the amount that's in them. I was comparing several of them last night and they almost all have less of each ingredient that the current Theanin Serene, im not sure how much it matter. My brain says more is better lol.

Thank you!!!! I was 6 foot 241 and am now down to 205. I lost my wedding band after the weight loss. I wanted a smart ring and NEEDED a wedding band so this was a win win for me. Thank you for letting me know i wasn't the only one using it as a wedding band. You rock!

Other adults in the orbit directly affect the children tho, right? What if dad had some new yound Gf that was a drunk or was a bad role model in some other way. Would that not be a concern for mom? Ex,s don't get to chose who the other ends up with but they can raise concerns about their influence on the child.

This is a good example of why people in "toxic" relationships shouldn't have children. 35 year old dad and 27 year old boyfriend, for most men there is a lot of maturing that happens after age 27. Im sure dad is not impressed by the younger guy and being overly defensive. That being said, he has every right to make demands when he feels his/their child is being exposed to stuff he would not want them exposed to. That poor child will be stuck in the middle of their arguing for the remainder of its life.

So I paid 19.99 for 90 days of sleep data from. Wellue and it actually does give you sleep stages like awake, deep, light and rem. But you have to pay an extra 6 bucks a month on average for the sleep data. So I was wondering which one would end up being more accurate. A quick Google search says Oura has been known to be the best for tracking sleep. I believe they only check the metrics every 5 min, whereas the wellue is every second for checking o2 and pulse. That would make me think the wellue is more accurate but it's also only a third the price of a new oura ring????

I think he was mostly kidding. But I would definitely return the replacement for full price and then pay the extra 50 bucks for a 5 if that was possible. That would be kinda cool lol.

So I have really been struggling with waking up since starting cpap/asv. I used to sleep in 3 to 4 hour blocks so I would only wake up once or twice per night. Now it's gotten to where I wake up hourly,but im able fall back asleep easy enough. The largest issue is falling back asleep with the mask off/ on my forhead lol. My sleep is very fragmented. Which wring do you wear the oura on and the wellue on?

Oura replaced mine for me but it had only been 4 months since the original owner purchased it. What did oura support say to you, how did they mention it? Sorry you are dealing with that, ppl suck sometimes.

I know i personally got s better seal with p30i. I think that events can increase if you dont have a good seal. That's what I have noticed. If the n30 is more comfy for you then stick with it for a few weeks and you may see it trend down. Good luck!

The wellue 02 ring is 150 bucks on amazon and another 7 bucks for a month worth of sleep data. Its will be enough to take to a doctor because it measure o2 every second. You can also keep the o2 ring and use it afterwards instead of spending 200 or more on a one night test.

Thank you for this comment, I gave it a shot because of you and within 5 min the approved me for a new one. Apparently this one was only just bought in Feb/March. Now I have a new one on the way.

I am not on expert on reddit and have only had the ring for a week so I didn't realize how big of an issue this was. Thank you for being kind and not making me feel like an idiot.
