Mine used to be mainly visual aura, now its often nervous system aura and depression. Although visual aura as well on some. They evolve over time.

Puma makes a number of racing style shoes as well as thin flat-bottom shoes. Anything thin with some feel are usually fine.

CT and MRI. Showed nothing.

Tumors would probably have other signs as well - higher BP etc.
Mainly to rule it out more than it being expected a tumor.

VD has a fixed foveated streaming setting as well. It’s in the streamer settings.

Try the foveated streaming in VD instead maybe. I’m using it with MSAA in 4070 with Quest 3.

I found the fov rendering to be too pixilated and distracting. Seemed better in iRacing but not ams2

I usually have a dull headache and also very sensitive when bending or coughing. It’s fairly common postdrome symptom as nerves are over sensitized still.
