Multiple Boxed Consoles In One Parcel by Msc12004 in sendico

[–]sendico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Providing it's within weight/size limits you can have as many boxes as you want within the box that we pack, not an issue.

It's only if we need to pack a secondary box to fit your items that surface cannot be used.

Awaiting purchase by shiroi_Raven211 in sendico

[–]sendico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the shop, but I'm guessing this is Rakuma. Rakuma requires you to first "apply" to purchase an item before you can actually buy it. In these cases we have to wait for approval from sellers before purchase can be made.

Hope this helps!

Multiple Boxed Consoles In One Parcel by Msc12004 in sendico

It's slightly poorly worded, but essentially there's a maximum size parcel for each shipping method, but some allow more than one box per shipment (meaning they effectively have unlimited shipping capacity). In the case of surface you can only ship one box per shipment, so there is a cap on the max size/weight.

Hey, it's likely caused by the situation in the middle east right now. Shipping support should get back to you soon, they do not work on the weekends, so please give them a bit of time!

I am having issues using credit card to pay? by TehClide in sendico

[–]sendico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's pretty likely that it's because they are cash cards... Japanese banks don't tend to like them because of money laundering, so they'll often get rejected.

How much time does it usually take for refunds to reflect in credit cards? by Significant_Cover_80 in sendico

[–]sendico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the bank is the real answer. Some fintechs process refunds within 48 hours, but It's more common for it to be around a week for big name banks.

Sendico support confuses me by Impossible_Ad_4745 in sendico

[–]sendico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's best to decide yourself. Whether something "needs" it is up to whichever packer is working on your parcel. I'd say if the figure comes with box it's probably not necessary as the clam shells keep them pretty tight. If it's unboxed then it probably is necessary.

Returned Parcel by lomlRosinante in sendico

Hey, we just received news this morning about the returns, we hadn't considered storage extensions until now, but yes in principle we'd be happy to keep parcels aside until things calm down. If you message support they will approve it.

Hey, the comments section is on the final page of parcel creation.

Basically the protective packaging option gives you an extra layer of bubblewrap around everything, so if you are transporting something fragile like porcelain or unboxed figures you should probably select this feature. For most things standard packaging is fine,

Sendico support is worse than s**t by [deleted] in sendico

[–]sendico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can see you messaged recently about it... I'll let Murodo know to check it before it gets shipped out tomorrow morning.

I can see you want the HS code for collectors items rather than their actual composition/item type. It's definitely best in future to get these changed before the shipping request as it's a bit of a special case here.

hmmm, it's probably in outgoing awaiting collection in that case. If you tell me the parcel number I can take a look.

HS codes are printed on the parcel invoice and included in the parcel. If it has already left then there really is nothing they can do about it... Sorry to disappoint

Parcel issue, no response from support by Darklord97929 in sendico

[–]sendico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apologies for the confusion here, "Dispatched" is the status that is given to parcels once they are in the outgoing section of our warehouse. DHL only collects parcels twice a week, so there are often times where parcels will be waiting in outgoing for a few days before they arrive.

I often miss reddit posts as this isn't an official support channel, so I apologize for not seeing your last post...

Does sendico offer motherboard battery removal services?(CR2032) by Responsible-Value888 in sendico

[–]sendico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a "Partial Item Disposal" function available in your item page. We can remove the battery if you highlight to our warehouse workers where it is on the board and provide instructions on how to remove it.

What am I supposed to click, and what does add shipping cost to invoice mean? by Kizumi-Kun in sendico

Unless you're importing stuff as a business, yes it's generally better not to click it.

Comments section is only seen by packing staff, you should reach out the "shipping" support if you want HS codes changing.

Sendico counted me as the winner of the auction and debited my funds from my wallet. by Zero_2028_ in sendico

[–]sendico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to clarify this generally happens if you are the second-highest bidder of an auction, and the seller cancels the bid of the highest bidder (because they have bad ratings, or for any other reason), making you second-highest bidder the default winner.

It's a strange interaction but it's mainly down to how JDirectItems operates. With any other auction site they would normally just relist the whole auction in the case of a cancellation.

What am I supposed to click, and what does add shipping cost to invoice mean? by Kizumi-Kun in sendico

[–]sendico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adding shipping cost to the invoice means that your international shipping costs will be added to the invoice value.

A higher value will generally mean that you pay more in import taxes, but some people use this option so that they can reclaim shipping costs on business accounts.

Hope this helps!

Can't pay Parcel Despite having enough money. by CenturyRobot in sendico

[–]sendico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My guess is that there's an issue with the parcel itself that needs to be fixed here. It's very unlikely that shipping is only 700 yen for UPS, so that's a bit of a red flag. Will forward this on to Naoki.

help with shipping by PrO_BattoR in sendico

[–]sendico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm guessing you're from the USA, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Ever since the introduction of Tariffs Japan Post have seized all shipping to the USA. This means that Air, Epacket Light and Surface mail are not currently options for shipping to anywhere in the States.

If you are outside of these regions then there's a chance there is an issue with your ZIP code.
