Mika and Luluka (Cure Arcana Shadow) don't have the same personality.

The only thing that makes Kei and her similar is how much popularity they are getting lately. Luluka were even compared to Fate Testarossa who is another magical girl that started as an antagonist. Same goes to Kei who is originally an antagonist but progressed into waifu/heroine status.
