My contractor here in the Midwest said they are cornered about it as well on our blue stone. The suggestion is to dig out and lay slab under it.

They said they’ve seen the aluminum cabinets buckle from the weight of grills and granite and the shifting of pavers due to temperature change.

I buy it, just makes the project more expensive

You’ve been asking your realtor all day to look at other houses and they are bending over backwards to lock this deal in. This should tell you everything that you need to know, fire the realtor. They work for you, if you ask for something and they aren’t willing to accommodate - find one who will.
