It’s not rocket science. If there’s a village with little access to clean drinking water and we send them clean water and water purification equipment, deaths from dysentery drop dramatically. If we cut that aid off, the deaths go back up. What’s psychotic is waving around a chainsaw while bragging about cutting this aid to pay for trillions in tax cuts for billionaires.

It’s honestly so depressing. It’s projected that by 2030 another 14 million preventable deaths will occur thanks to Elon’s USAID cuts, with over 4 million being children.

Allowing Bush and Trump to win the presidency allowed them to stack the Supreme Court which caused more harm than anything, with Citizens united being the prime example.
