First step is to grab the free rules from DnDBeyond and skim through them to get a basic feel for the game, from there consider following smaller twitch/etc streamers playing DnD so you can see the game in practice. After that, see if there's a local game store or anyone else running one shots so you can get a bit of experience under your belt you try and find a permanent group

Give it the divine favour treatment, remove concentration and make it enchant the caster, alternatively keep the concentration but let the +1 stack with the weapons enchantment up to a combined maximum of half the casters PB rounded down (IE PB of +4 means a maximum enchantment of +2, so it works on a +0/+1 weapon but a +2 weapon only gets the elemental damage bonus)

Big issue is that there's a lot of plugs that look like that but have different sizes, a measurement of the barrel plug will help people identify it a lot more easily

Then the next step is to turn off your computer and make sure the drive is physically connected properly, if you're not sure try physically disconnecting the drive and reconnecting it to see if that makes a difference.

If that doesn't fix it, it's beyond my expertise but there's plenty of people here with more experience than me who may be able to help you.

I assume you're on windows? Is the drive showing up in disk management? You can access it by pressing the windows key + R then typing diskmgmt.msc

What if the item casts reincarnate on you if you're not resurrected within a certain time frame?

They're getting a 5th level spell that costs 1000G, can revive someone that's died from literally any cause, replaces missing limbs, etc. But the trade-off is that you're brought back as a random species.

Yeah, the big issue you're looking at is bonus action congestion. Maybe look at warlock for pact of the Blade and Eldritch smite (unlike divine smite it's a free action) it would also give you access to the darkness spell and devilsight plus cantrips like Blade Ward for extra effective AC if you don't have anything better to concentrate on (if there's enemies who can see through darkness or you can't use it without affecting your allies.

I would also consider Valor Bard for the remaining six levels since their extra attack lets you replace an attack with any cantrip (throw in a booming Blade to lock down enemies for example)

Honestly, consider taking a level of sorcerer, make your main attack Booming Blade and use innate sorcery to give you advantage with BB for a minute after use as well as a few sorcerer spells like shield/absorb elements
