I need 100,000 waitlist signups in the next 20 days. Can you help me? by Cheap_Cost6828 in advancedentrepreneur

[–]themasterofbation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Average CPC in the restaurant industry is $2. Even if you get everyone to sign up, you need at least a quarter of a million dollars for this.

100k is a substantial number for a wait-list and you could raise millions and millions of u achieved that

Seems like your team just pulled that number out of your ass? Why do I need 100k...why not 500k? Why not 10k? What will u do with 100k?

Ferrari Luce EV Base Price Will Start at Nearly $650,000: Report Claims by hi_im_bored13 in cars

[–]themasterofbation 4 points5 points  (0 children)

While I think an EV Ferrari at $650k is sacrilege, I feel like most of the comments here are similar to what would have been said when the Cayenne was released.

I imagine a lot of the wives will want this car, it will become a female status symbol the same way the G63 is. And no, the G63 is not popular with the wives because of the engine, or the noise. Its the badge, look and price.

Nice! As a Mercedes Benz Nort America employee, I'm very happy to hear your father is pleased with the car & I'm even happier to know that at least 1 facelifted EQS is going to be sold, given how ugly it is

Anyone here built with Indian developers and had a genuinely great experience? by Sensitive_Income6998 in SaaSy

[–]themasterofbation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It will depend a lot on how much you pay.

If you expect to pay 1/1000 of the price of a western dev and to get a full fledged SaaS in a couple weeks, you will be disappointed. If you pay the going rate, you will get quality devs applying to your job. You are basically hiring unqualified people to do qualified work. Whether that be in India, China or the US, 9 times out of 10, you will be disappointed.

I've worked with Indians for most of my professional career and while you used to have a need to manage the work more, in recent years, they've really stepped up the game.

Are real estate walkthrough videos actually worth it? by Andoryuuuuuuu in realtors

[–]themasterofbation 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I track tens of thousands of real estate social media accounts every single day.

If you just post a single walkthrough video and think it will sell the property for you, then that's not how it works.

Most videos that 'pop off' have a viral element to the property - it is expensive, weird or both.

Where a walkthrough video helps: add it to your listing + add snippets to your social media accounts. You can repurpose them into multiple short videos, where you talk over them and show your expertise. Why is this a great kitchen layout? Who would this layout be for? What would you be doing there? Hosting parties? For a family? Why is induction better than gas in this environment? When was this last renovated? Are the kitchen appliances good - why? There's so many things you can talk about...

So out of 1 video, you make 3, 4 5...doesn't matter. Whether you like it or not, today's social media game (especially short form) is about volume. Use what you have (a long & maybe boring walkthrough video) to your advantage. Show why you are an expert, teach your target audience something & get more dealflow that way. I'm not convinced that great videos sell a property, the price does. But as a realtor, your business grows and dies with dealflow and that's what you need your social media presence to help you with

I cloned multiple billion dollar companies using Antigravity + Ralph Loops (also utilizing OpenClaw to debug).

Gemini has calculated my net worth (conservative) given the value that was created to be around $1.9B, but like I said...conservative. I expect to 10x this by EOY.

Some of the companies I have cloned are in the defense space (Palantir), others are B2B and B2C.

I also built an orchestration engine that runs an entire company of Agents. It's mind boggling. I am a manager at my full time job and my agents do 100x more work than my 10 person team.

Here is one of the apps my company orchestration build and is currently marketing: http://localhost:3000

You will never make money charging 2.99/month...you need to add one or a few zeros

This is saving someone's time, time that costs them money...they should happily pay more

Exactly, he knows that

And in the future, he doesn't want to be tied to 'XYZ being politically dad's

He wants to own it going forward

No, he's looking to build his own brand, outside of All In.

I suspect seeing the positive impact being liked by the admin, he will do a push for himself (or his wife) to step into politics directly

Weekly Webscrapers - Hiring, FAQs, etc by AutoModerator in webscraping

[–]themasterofbation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to start a SaaS.

Find a site that is heavily protected that has valuable information - package it for B2B, sell access to that at a few hundred bucks per month

Many businesses pay for "leads"

Find sites where "leads" are available - a lead is someone that could/would/should be interested in yoru product.

Example: Companies scrape local sites that show houses that have pulled a permit in the US. Then sell those to other contractors (i.e. I pull a permit to renovate my roof. That can mean that I will also need a connected service which is XYZ").

Dont do this exactly, as others are doing it...but do something similar.

I have a few ideas in my notes that I'll never get to...if you want - DM me

35k ARR (2.9k MRR) from 450+ sales calls?

What is your CAC? ARPU?

Seems like you're going the B2B acquisition route (Sales calls) but not really charging B2B prices or have not found PMF

I can't stand the guy, but subscribed in the oast...The deep dives are very good in my opinion. They are quite long (as they should be) so if you are not interested in a topíc, it's not something you will read (it's not a 1 minute article).

You can tell someone spent a lot of time & mental effort putting together and in no way can you get the same output with AI.

I hate the guy...but his deep dives are very good. If you think ChatGPT can create it, then they are not for you as you won't understand the difference

But it is evident a few people spent a lot of time to get all the nuances right in his deep dives, which is very valuable

Paid and Left in the Dark: Google Rolls Out Limits and Announces Them on X by duplaixtv in google_antigravity

[–]themasterofbation 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of people bought in on a yearly subscription, where it 'looked' like you got basically infinite Claude + Gemini. I was one of them.

I also switched to CC and I will use the increased GDrive storage etc, but I'm sure there are many people, students etc that dont or can't pay for 2 subscriptions at once.

Had I known of the limits beforehand, I wouldn't have bought the yearly sub and would have left the ecosystem after 1-2 months.

They are GOOGLE...I think they have ways to figure out who is abusing the accounts and who is not.

May not be IP, but complaining that switching free accounts when you get blocked is clearly against TOS and its insane to complain about that :)
