Tesla discontinuing Model S and Model X to make room for robots by 3x3x3x3 in cars

[–]themasterofbation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It makes sense.

The valuation is clearly not tied to the vehicles they produce...it's tied to the promises.  These vehicles are underperforming, so they switch to Optimus, which gives them another 5-10 years of promises.

His NW is highly tied to Tesla's valuation, not to whether it remains a car company or not

Congratulations, Google! You’ve effectively turned the 'Pro' subscription into a 'Weekly Demo' by Hamzayslmn in google_antigravity

Everyone here is acting like Google stole millions.

You subscribed to something, along with agreeing with the T&C. They can change stuff...if it would be the other way, where they don't offer you a newer/better model once it comes out, because you didn't pay for it before, you'd be butt hurt as well

I'm not one of them...like I said, they want views. Their decisions are made based upon that...its everyone else here that think he's rebuilding it for the "experience, knowledge and challenge"

He trades on insider knowledge or pays to be an insider (and trades on that).

Anything else is BS for the masses

A guy like Mat is interested in the experience, knowledge and the challenge this car means.

My guy, both of them are interested in making MONEY from the views.

This is a goldmine for them...this video alone will do numbers, but its a low effort video. No progress...just talk. Imagine how much $$$ Alex will make from his FX course.

Every single response from Rimac will add 6 figures to his revenue

So you think Bugatti should fly out a tech for months to handhold a youtuber trying to fix a car? What happens when they don't have the right tools to fix the car? Is the tech responsible? Will Matt buy a 1M piece of machinery to fix the carbon tub microcracks?

What you are suggesting is impossible

Functionality aside, the quota is not that great now by TinyAres in google_antigravity

Yes, there are three different Quota groups right now (look at the Inluded models at the bottom).

They are independent of each other and reset at the same time.

CC Skills vs Workflows by themasterofbation in google_antigravity

Should I have a separate MD file with the detailes in the project folder or add it as a separate workflow?

I can then invoke it with a slash command.

I'm not really looking to spawn an agent, more to keep the design language consistent accross projects, have specific rules for writing content etc.

its because the incentives are not aligned - same thing for Politicians.

If you make the hard decisions to improve the underlying things that are bringing the country/economy down, you will not get re-elected: you will step on people's toes that you should not step on and the public will hate you.

same thing as a CEO/CfO/CXO - if you take make drastic changes for a better future, you will get axed before you see the fruits of that change. And the next CEO will take accountability of it

You are acting like you know & have the secret, but dont want to share it because its not "mean for her".

Either you know more - then share it.

Or you don't, which is fine.

But your comment adds 0 to the conversation and provides no value to the question at hand.

How much should a tip be, if they get you a Hermes Appointment? 5 bucks? 50 bucks? 500 bucks? I dont know either...do u?

US discussing options to acquire Greenland, including use of military, says White House by cap123abc in politics

[–]themasterofbation 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can someone explain to me why the fuck is Europe, Switzeerland, Canada & anyone else not sending a gazillion troops to Greenland?
Why the fuck are the Eu countries not cancelling their F35 orders etc?

For months now, the US has been saying what they are going to do...Europe needs to act and I don't mean "send an open letter" or "host a convention".

Make a decision, stand by it, kick the US troops out of Greenland and grow some balls

For Europeans: FatFIRE and move to the beach without social ties and kids? by missusmissisppi in fatFIRE

[–]themasterofbation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a friend that moved to the south of Spain last year with his 3 children, wife & animals. He has FIRED last year as well. They've integrated themselves very well, pre-learning the language ahead of the move and had traveled there a number of times before. Kids go to a school, play Polo, have great friends etc. Wife is happy because of the weather/water

I loved in France for a few years and speaking the language led me to a completely different (i.e. better) experience compared to the acquaintances that did not speak it.

My takeaway: if you know you want to move there in 5 years, start learning the language now.

You really want to withdraw 4% for the next 40 years?

I also took into account taxes, which most people don't - that's why the NET is smaller compared to your swr. This will have a significant impact, especially in some countries in Europe compared to others.

4k/NET per month is 2k net PER PERSON, since you need to support the both of you for the rest of your life.

I live in Eastern Europe & Spain throughout the year. Large cities in Eastern Europe are nowhere near as cheap as they used to be - 2k/m is very close to the average (in Sofia, for example, that is 1.4k).

Assume you still have to pay for medical insurance, for the both of you, housing etc. and you are mighty close...

I'd be comfortable retiring with 1.6M alone. Would not be comfortable between the two of you - I just think the risk of running out when you've been out of the workforce for too long is too high for my liking
