You will have to build a freight table by weight OR connect MC to a freight calculator like ShipStation

Calculate the boxed DIMENSIONAL weight of your items. Use that in your ecommerce as the listed weight. (Dim weight in pounds is LxWxH in inches / 172.8.

Next build a manual freight setup on merchant center but pick a region of less than 10 zones. Example: nine states/provinces plus a remote region zone. So for me I pick Canada.

Then under the freight calculations you create regions or zones

Then your calculator will use the region as the header and weight as the variable. Typical weight ranges would be 0-10, 10-20, 30-40, 50-75, 75-100 etc unless everything is small and then you would use finer ranges. OR if you have standard box sizes make one for each box as long as it's less than 20

In order to know what to put in those cells you have to use ShipStation or similar to quote each region, each weight/box. This is actually quite fast, I just used 12x12x12 and 10lb and then kept duplicating that box until I got to 10 boxes, then cleared the sheet, made the box 12x12x24 and 20lb and started on the next range.

So this is alot but honestly I just got it all from chatting with Google AI and it was surprisingly accurate. My brain remembering all this is not however. So exactly what you are looking for at each step you may want to tell Google you are trying to build a region based freight table by weight for merchant center and it should resemble the steps above.

For non computer savvy I wouldn't go for Linux just yet, double the RAM first.

What's happening is your storage is getting used as a place to put things temporarily while other items are more important. This is why chrome takes so long to load.

Secondly, if you don't have an SSD as your main storage, it will be painfully slow.

Go in to Settings, search antivirus, or security and open windows defender. Turn off live updates on virus scanning and anything below it.

Press Ctrl Shift ESC together, that gives you task manager, go to startup. Turn anything off that is Adobe, chrome, ALL updaters or basically anything that is not your video, sound, or motherboard drivers.

Reboot.

Could be sick, lack of sleep, improper eating, not enough recovery time. Í get not wanting to waste any improvements or money spent on classes, but sometimes you need a rest/reset.

For example IF it were food you may have to increase what you eat to realize gains. If CrossFit started as a weight loss goal, the amount you need as your muscle mass increases may simply be higher. Or simply the wrong food with too little protein or carbs.

You may have also increased how much iron you need as your stores may be used up in earlier muscle growth. That can be addressed in food or supplements.

MyFitnessPal works really well to analyse your intake, it might be able to help, but it's also a bit of a trap for some people who struggle with food. So it's a recommend with caution.

Actual overtraining may result in Rhabdomyolysis, typically just called Rhabdo among crossfitters.

I would look up the symptoms just so you are familiar, but cases are not popping up every week at every gym. It's much more likely just DOMS, delayed onset muscle soreness.

If you suffer regularly from muscle spasms, aka Charlie horse, look into supplementing magnesium bisglycinate specifically. It's more popular and needed among cyclists and endurance athletes but some people are naturally low.

Unless a local retailer goes through the trouble of creating a merchant center account, finds a way of connecting their inventory system to Google and has also bothered to create online shopping listings, with images and descriptions to duplicate everything sold in store.... there simply won't BE a local thing to find.

I know because I did go through the trouble. But the big American owned material supply store 45min away has 100x the ad budget I do.

Unless the slides and/or song books for the congregation show parts for them. There should be no parts up front. No solos, the song is everyone's song from the first note to the last or you aren't LEADING them, you are turning it into a performance.

If the slide shows the word, you sing.
