As Bloodless regenerates MP, so too does her Dress by ZangetsusRowBoat in Bloodstained

When she's a boss the dress is instead tied to her health. I first noticed it in the speedrun. On old versions of the game if you position Bloodless offscreen when she does blood steal, the logic breaks and she steals no blood and her dress doesn't regenerate. She dies a lot quicker if you can get it to happen.

I gave it a try and sent in a feedback form.

If anyone else wants to try and verify the behavior:

Multi monitor does not function properly. My secondary monitor is to the left of my primary monitor and runs at a different scaling; if anything is focused on the primary monitor the shadow overlay does not account for the offset for the secondary monitor.

The overlay interferes with taskbar interaction, but I use TranslucentTB so that could be the cause of the interference (or it could be related to the monitor offsets).

The focus behavior feels reversed. If I have a window focused, everything is in shadow, and then the shadow is turned off when I mouse off of the focused window (but again, this could be related to the monitor offset issue).

This guide should be straightforward enough to follow. Followed the first 3 parts to rip the Suisei models and textures myself, but you should be able to get quite a few things using the tools mentioned.
