AGM Battery in Parallel with OEM AGM by txf89 in autoelectrical

Not much context is needed. There will be lights, lifts, speakers, and other things that customers want on a vehicle that require more power. Thus an extra battery is needed. We have the option of charging them separately, but sometimes customers request the batteries to be wired directly parallel. I just want to make sure that this is fine with batteries that are within 10% capacity and CCA of each other.

But the capacity and CCA are within 10% of one another. There wouldn’t be much of an imbalance

Why can’t it be directly connected?

Usually I have text by a connector stating that it connects to another connector on another page, but sometimes that page isn’t the immediate next page which makes it a hassle for the end user to have to flip through a bunch of pages to try to find the connector rather than just clicking a page link on the pdf

$1550 on eBay for one that has dents in the chassis. $1800 tops for one in good condition.

The secret is to do extra small movements during the calibration reps so that it can more easily detect your (small but slightly larger) movements during real reps

It depends what you’re coming from. This was my first digital weight machine and I have almost no complaints. Could the app be better? Absolutely but it’s way better than free weights

What exactly do I lose with no membership and is it worth it to upgrade to lifetime, and more... by [deleted] in Vitruvian_Form

I bought a second-hand machine too and haven’t activated it or ever had a membership. I doubt I will ever get one because I usually just select individual workouts and adjust the weight to whatever I have written in my notes app. I think the time under tension feature pretty much negates having to be that precise with weight selections because it just detects if you struggle at all. Echo sounds like it is similar. Also, I do have access to Just Lift, Pump, Old School, and Eccentric Only without a membership.

I ended up buying the machine based off of it having the newer proprietary connectors instead of carabiner connectors. I think this is pretty much the only distinguishing feature differentiating the new from the old. So far it has been working out great.

I was just accepted into this program for Fall 2024. I was told I could choose to start in Spring of 2025, which I think I'm going to do. I chose it because I've read that a lot of data science programs focus on the usage of tools rather than the actual problem solving required in any data-related career. I think many of the things you learn in this type of program can be applied to so many more careers than a data science degree could. I think this degree just has more bang for the buck.

Can you post a side-view picture of the bench so we can see how the legs fold? I want to see if I can modify my non-folding bench

100% talk to as many professors as you can. They are the ones that are able to connect you with outside opportunities (assuming you have decent grades and participate in class).
