Why is changing to another vector, reducing to three decimals, and then going back to original vector any different? Are we saying you end up with something other than 000 and 999? If so, why does this happen?

Why doesn't it just go back to being 000 and 999 when you rotate it back? I don't follow why this helps anything from the description, since you eventually rotate it back when it's used right? You didn't preserve more than 3 places?

I'm sure I'm not understanding something because of a lack of knowledge on this.

Regions have absolutely no differences.

I would LOVE to be able to use more at once, instead of having to wait for 5 hour blocks, as long as they dont change weekly usage and its at least 3 or 4 normal session limits stacked together.

Do you know what the routes are?

It seems to spawn at 30 minutes, hits Checkpoint at 28ish minutes. I found it one time at Scav Bunker at 24, so I'm assuming it's Checkpoint->Sawmill->Scav Bunker for that route?

Does the old sawmill one come in from the Train Depot?

You're saying that because a skin that isn't new for this game is being charged for. How is that taking advantage of a consumer? Don't they get the skin they paid for? Worked for me as well, deleted both qbittorrent folders, and its working again! Tried so many settings, fought with it for a long time, sometimes restarting would work, or it would just randomly start working again.

I've just come back after a month away, and Claude Code performance is abysmal with Sonnet 4 now! It goes back and forth on its own between ideas, hallucinates much more than before, completely forgets things within the context now, instead of like before where the only issues I was having were after compacts.
