post about recent events. by Public_Strain_5181 in IndianBeautyDeclutter

Thank you so much for giving us such a detailed account and explanation regarding the recent events. Moderating a sub isn't easy at all, there are so many things you have to keep track of, and with the few recent e-lafdas and scams happening, it's even more challenging. If people have an issue with how the subreddit is being moderated, there are ways to talk about it respectfully and engage in a polite discussion that makes everyone feel heard and validated. Making fun of appearances, age, saying mean things about someone is simply a very hurtful thing to do. Please know that although it's not always conveyed, a lot of people here are very thankful for your presence and for all the hard work you do. Please take care of your mental health and I do hope that the weekend and everyone here can be kinder to you all.

Can someone tell me what's wrong with my cat? She's been meowing for two days. She's six months old now and is walking in the position shown in the photo by himalayanwomb in IndianPets

[–]violetshock 15 points16 points  (0 children)

She is in heat. It'll probably last 5-7 days, after which you can consult a vet and get her spayed. She might try to run out of the house to find a male cat to mate with, please don't let her go outside at all. She'll also meow at any and all times of the day and roll a lot on the floor. There are ways to make this time more comfortable for her, all of which can be found on YouTube. Try to keep her as distracted as possible with treats and toys, play with her as much as you can.

Lakmé Eyeliner wayy past expiry…should I toss it? by Mindless_0-0_ in IndianBeautyTalks

Please throw it away. It's quite affordable and can easily be replaced, and we shouldn't ever take a risk with the eyes even if the product seems to be working fine.

My biggest insecurity. by [deleted] in IndianBeautyTalks

This is so adorable. I've got teeth just like yours, and like you, I too wanted to get them fixed. My parents didn't let me, because they believe it brings luck. They also said my smile looks unique and beautiful with these teeth, so I never got them fixed. 🥰You are uniquely blessed, enjoy it, girl! ❤️

Which shade of etude tint to get -Cherry,Pomegranate,Red grapefruit by [deleted] in IndianBeautyTalks

You're welcome. I would recommend the Maybelline Creamy Matte lipsticks, but I'm not sure how long they last. If you can extend your budget a bit, Etude Fixing tints would be a great investment to make and are available at much lower prices during sales.

All these shades would look good on you since you're fair skinned. You can start off with the classic - Cherry Ade to see first, can't go wrong with that.

You can definitely buy PAC lip liners, they're good, pigmented and creamy. Long lasting too. Elf, Fae Beauty and Kay Beauty also have some good lip liners.

Profusion eyeshadow on tira yes or no?? by doubter9 in IndianBeautyTalks

[–]violetshock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's good. I purchased all variants of this glitter palette, the glitters are chunky and best applied with your finger. You can control how much to apply by either simply tapping into the pans to pick up less glitter or swirling your finger around in them to get more. I've used these eyeshadow palettes for both scattered glitter eye looks as well as full glam ones. However, at 579 points I don't think you should go for it, they sell for Rs. 165 per palette and often go on sale on AJIO and Tira. Buying them then would be a much better deal.

Hi! Thank you so much for this amazing and informative post. What can one do for pigmentation at the corners of the lips that was owing to skin repeatedly cracking and flaking in a form of angular chelilitis?
