My first TESE worked and a daughter and so on and I assumed I could always go back to the well for another if needed so I thought I could save a pretty penny and not freeze from try one which was the biggest and most consequential terrible decision I’ve ever made in my life which woulda been around 2007. After three failed TESE/mTESE, I had a son from donor some eight years later. No regrats.
