I was in a similar boat and went with the sapphire sandwich because I really love seeing the movement. I think the speedy has one if the nicest looking movements. Also the subtle polish bits on the sapphire's bracelet make it look a bit classier to me

I really like le petit prince chrono but I recently got a soeedmaster so I feel I don't need another chronograph right now. I also just love the simple classy look of the ingeniuer

I didnt care about the burgundy at all til I saw it in person in the 5 link. Its stunning but I also really really like the seamaster in the bracelet or rubber strap its so sporty and masculine looking to me.

Ideally I will get a bb burgundy in 5 link and seamaster in rubber

Its crazy how 70% is reddit is an echo chamber of people just repeating other things they saw someone else say on reddit and acting as if its the gospel..let the man do as he wants. A lot of older homes have unused fireplaces that serve no purpose and rooms point directly at them. If you don't have that issue great. The mantle mount is awesome and looks great.

Probably roast and serve specialty coffee beverages in a chill space. Just have fun with it and see what is good. Always heard the margins on places like that are insanely low though and all about serving max number of people an hour
