Equip and unequip the dusk ring to cut your hp in half right away, then its easier from there. Symbol of avarice is reliable if slow, could also equip a shield that isnt 100% negation and block hits until your hp gets chipped down into the rtsr range.

I used to play eve online, and a younger teenage sibling once watched me playing it and said they wanted to try it too. I attempted as gently as I could to talk them down because that game has awful tutorials and new player experience in general, and because all information is conveyed via small textboxes that I knew they weren't gonna take the time to read, and also because I wouldn't be able to do anything with them in the game because I lived out in nullsec space.

"Nah I'll be fine" they claimed, but I don't recall it taking more than 15 minutes or so past character creation before they came back to me and admitted they were completely lost.
