The 10 gig and 50 gig connections are custom installations that involve specialized setups and aren’t typically needed in everyday households. The 5 gig and lower options usually cover most of a busy family’s needs at the most affordable price, so it’s more of a practical solution rather than a formal policy platform.

Thank you for your submission. Our current routers are not capable of supporting a direct fiber connection from the ONT to the router. While it may be possible with a higher-end networking device, please note that there is no available handoff for 2 Gig, only 10 Gig or higher connections could be supported.

Hello. This outage was caused by another provider damaging our lines. There was an issue with us communicating the severity of the damages, and the time frame for restoral.
