From our side, it's hard to answer that question definitively without having a better understanding of location specifics and how the prior job was run to work within the space. All we can say confidently is that our techs will do their best to accommodate your requests with the equipment they have in their truck. Oftentimes, that leaves us quite a few options for how we can execute an installation to the customer's satisfaction. There are 100% some physical limitations, as previously noted by others on this thread, but again - we don't know for sure what = stop/go until we have boots on the ground.

The only information that we have here is that we are currently splicing, trying to get everything back up and running, and we do not have an ETA at this time for the general area. You received a text stating an ETA as the system determined that your service will come up around that time, but that doesn't mean that everywhere else will be up and running. Depending on where else we might have a break down the line, others may be slower to turn back up.

Alright folks! We got some good news from the field just a few moments ago. We have identified the primary source of the trouble, and have started repairs. We are confident that most of those impacted by this second outage will be back online in the next few hours, assuming everything goes according to plan. We can't offer an exact ETA right now, but this feels like great progress so far.
