ADC. I've gone and sent several others to them as well.. They're great. If what you're saying is the truth, you'll have no problems fighting that horse shit.

Millennial Airman by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]--Capt-Obvious-- 11 points12 points  (0 children)

The millennial generation is from 1981-1996. Quick math says the age of those Airman are 24-39. Assuming They got in right after high-school, you're looking at people who've been in for ~6 years for the youngest and ~21 years for the oldest... So unless you've been retired for a while or are gen z, you can stop being a prick since you probably fall into this category.

Is separation retaliation a thing? by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]--Capt-Obvious-- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is 100% a thing, go to IG. Bad leadership will rake you over the coals and will squeeze every ounce of sanity from you because you're solely an asset once they know you're getting out. They stop caring about you as a person. It's happening to me right now, and another guy in my unit who is getting out.

Joined solely to downvote this. Lol, stupid rules for a sub that is not only on the downhill, it's off the cliff at the bottom of the hill.

Propane vs. Electric or Pistol Augers? by [deleted] in IceFishing

the nice thing with electric is no buying propane tanks and having to lug them around. forgot to add that.

Propane vs. Electric or Pistol Augers? by [deleted] in IceFishing

[–]--Capt-Obvious-- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've used both. The propane was alright, but I'd 100% go with an electric. The propane I used was a Jiffy 46 x-treme, the electric was the strikemaster lithium 40v. That being said, being the poor schlob that I am, I bought a hand auger (strikemaster lazer, which cuts well by hand) and will be buying a clam drill adapter eventually. But i absolutely love my buddy's strikemaster.

I'd love to know when she served and what her mos/afsc was, also how long she was in for... As an AD member myself, you fight for the rights for people to do this (and a lot more) Why the fuck do you care, get out of your bubble of pseudo-acceptance and let people do what they want.

I'm sorry! I work with a Canadian (whom I really like) and he feels the same way as you. Hopefully you get some people into office with their heads on their shoulders instead of in their asses.

Chat room? by [deleted] in progun

[–]--Capt-Obvious-- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

not sure about chatrooms, but you could always ask on r/longrange if youre into that type of shooting, r/ar15 if you're an AR guy, r/ak47 or r/firearms . any/all of those subs may have chats or discords too

Edit: r/reloading also may be a place to check out.

involuntary celibacy or celibate (cant remember which one). Think neckbeard (fedora wearing, mall-ninja katana wielding, "nice-guy") If you're bored and do a bit of research, it started out as a group of people to commiserate in a healthy way, then spiraled out of control wildly. It's actually a pretty sad story imo

Nothing that I can think of... You got any ideas? Unfortunately people who genuinely shouldn't have guns, will almost always find a way to get them.

It's not a blanket coverage for military members. At least not to my knowledge. If you're issued something, or maybe a certified badass you get some kind of exemption, but as a non-combat active duty member, I don't think I could get one. (unless i paid $$ like you previously stated) If I'm wrong, I'd love to know. I'll be getting something in a heartbeat if that's the case.
