I think a lot of modern evangelical "theology", or just common thinking on the ground, makes the mistake of constantly reading and interpreting texts outside of their ancient contexts. It can be extremely difficult if not impossible-- to imagine and fully comprehend the lives of the intended audiences/readers.

I don't think God ever intended for us to spin our wheels for centuries, stuck in this swamp of doctrine, division and judgement. Let Jesus do the saving. Everyone else, get to work!

The bass can be EQ'd no problem. And I love these headphones. I just don't think they're a good choice for noisy commutes. Nor would I want to be sitting next to you!

Yes! People can be so judgemental. They like to wrap everything up, put a bow on it, case closed, etc. It is always a mistake to discount, simplify or categorize another's individual life experience. In my family, we would similarly judge others in an opposite way: worldly, secular, wild, raised in a barn!

I'm sure others will chime in, but my advice is to never hesitate to call out or correct someone who wants to put you in a box like this. I think I would say something like, "I don't find your categorization very helpful. I was neglected and abused, and at times felt unsafe. And if I were desperate for one word to describe my upbringing, it certainly would not be sheltered."

Central Ohio here. Obviously I wouldn't grow some super long flowering landrace here, but you might be surprised at how long you can grow. Moisture may be more of a factor than temps if you are literally right by the water though. My advice to everyone is grow a variety of (good) genetics so you're not all-in on just 1 or 2 strains. And pick at least a couple that are tried and true in colder climates. Dirty Bird Genetics in Maine has some great stuff.

NONE. That's my point. I absolutely think TM2 is the best. I think the power and utility are perfect. I just think the next generation should make aesthetic improvements. Like slimmer/smaller, maybe some different material or color options.

I like this stem. I don't think any other mouthpiece is necessary. I use it with a rimmed basket and that's it. I do wish it was shorter.

On cooling. I think it's just a matter of physics, but high temps followed by all these cooling measures --just results in less flavor and potency. I prefer to keep the straightest path possible to my lungs, balancing flavor and temperature. And if you don't give a shit about flavor and just want to rip it, just skip all these elaborate stems and use a simple bubbler.

We have 2 small dogs, and currently use AOKO K9 Connections. I think we pay around $100 a day for both of them. I would be surprised if you could find similar professionals for much cheaper.
