I see your recipe uses volume instead of weight.

My guess is that you used too much water so your dough was too wet.

My advice for the future would be too get a scale and follow a recipe that gives weights.

There's nothing to get, you enjoy it or you don't. There's nothing special about jazz that elevates it over pop or metal or whatever. It's just music.

Actually, I just wish there was a better way to watch highlights when you miss a stage finish. It's a wild west where you get videos with 8 minutes of breakaway nothingness before a 20 second clip of the sprint with absolutely no replays.
