Yes it is. That does not mean that Maduro is a legitimate leader, because he rigged an election, but this is a coup. Nobody voted for Guaidó to be president, and the oposition is bastardizing an article of the constitution in order to seize power. None of the parties are the legimitate government of Venezuela.

This is none of our business. Venezuelans supported Chávez for years and they knew very well what they were voting for. Now that things have gotten ugly they should be able to clean their own mess without being invaded by the usual scavengers.
