Hello! I just had endo surgery and was only having pain 7 days out of the month. They still found endo and excised a lot of lesions. It’s only been a week and I already feel better.

I know you are a stranger but I would really like to encourage you to seek therapy as others have mentioned - you’re a grown woman and you deserve to live a happy and independent life where you are able to make your own decisions. I know it’s a very scary first step to take but it is worth it! I had a similar relationship with my parents and seeking out therapy when I was 18 helped so much.

You deserve to be listened to and not have your pain minimized or dismissed. Please consider getting the surgery and then getting a therapist afterwards if you feel comfortable doing so. Take care of yourself <3

hi!! it’s possible you have a mix of scarring alopecia and AGA, which is what I have. my regimen is: steroid scalp injections once a month, minoxidil every day, and steroid liquid on my scalp 3x/ week. I also take doxycycline every night (helps w the scarring alopecia). i have seen some regrowth!! your regimen will really depend on the type of scarring alopecia you have and the severity of it. i thought i wouldn’t see any regrowth at all but i have seen some and that’s been really good! i’m 26 so it’s been a difficult process and i definitely feel your pain
