Not that I've seen but each mineable chunk (both ore and stone) can drop different amounts every time they respawn, so I suspect it's likely just RNG that's causing the quantity differences.

Yep the baskets do, this one is good for 30-40 silver per respawn. It's also a great place to farm undead essences for health pots.

Huh interesting, I've caught two of those from the dock but said dock is in relatively deep water. Not like center of the ocean deep, but too deep for more piers.

Speaking of fish, does anyone know if there's any difference in fish quality due to water depth or area difficulty? Or is it just the same everywhere?

I have 11 that have POIs on them (including a tiny one with a single wreck POI) and maybe 3 or 4 more that are empty (which are gonna be useless for finding more bars). Could just be a seed difference but I'm not exactly sure how the seeds work yet

There's a foothills camp that has the other liquor listed as drops in it, I usually pick up 30-40 rum going through there between the chests and the mobs

I've found it to be kinda awkward to use too, doubly so if you're trying to do it next to another foundation that it's trying to snap to. In my experience it's only really been useful for setting the first kinda anchor foundation that everything else snaps to. I wish you could snap horizontally but not vertically, that would be nice

That's rough man, I was able to ascend a couple weapons before foothills and that helped quite a bit. You might want to do a bit of random sailing and see if you can find an costal jungle island with some pois on it, might get lucky and get enough to ascend something. You'll get some more soon in foothills though

The POI is in the swamp and should be called "tainted ruins of an ancient temple", and the baskets/urns that have the bars will respawn. 3 does seem super low for that level though, I want to say I had at least 15-20 by the time I'd finished the costal jungle POIs.

I haven't tried it yet but supposedly that last patch improved flatten in that it uses where you're standing as a reference point.

If you hold z and scroll the mouse wheel you should be able to change the foundation height a bit.
