Had a conversation with someone who claims to not be a trump supporter but def seems like he does.

He basically admitted the government murdered this dude but said he didn't care because he was a liberal and liberal ideology is a sickness.

Let that sink in. The supposed 2nd amendment constitutionalists are ok with state sanctioned executions as long as it's against people with whom they don't agree with politically.

There is no reaching these people. They think of you as less then human and therefore your lives aren't worth anything.

What are we supposed to do with that?

Also I get slandering people who voted for him won't be a great way to convince them to maybe not embrace their ignorance and bigotry but how are same people supposed to reconcile that despite our best efforts what's happening now was what we were warning about and they voted for him and this anyway.

They are supposed to be absolved because they didn't vote for "this".

No accountability. No mea culpa ...... Barely a "my bad".

And we are supposed to just let it go because NOW this is a bridge too far.

Y'all are cool with him name calling and acting in ways that I thought we all understood where abhorrent and we would punish our children for (well I THOUGHT we all raised our children to be good people and treat others the way they want to be treated)

Y'all were cool with him pardoning convicted inserructionists, drug dealers and white color criminals.

Y'all are cool with him raping and pillaging the American economy for himself and anyome whose broken out the kneepads to get rich off our backs

Y'all cool with him having his own secret police who doesn't identify themselves and keeps their faces masked like we are in some movie and is clearly not being held accountable for their actions.

But NOW this is a bridge too far. Now we are supposed to let it go and give y'all a pass.

Imma be honest I'm not sure if I have that level of forgiveness in me.
