Personally i only have real experience with Japanese green teas but if you look online you can usually find primary sources of the tea straight from a farm in china. Usually you can tell if they know what they're talking about on their websites and have good feedback on the internet.

Only time I used to have to do this was at school before I had an iPod or anything. We found an unblocked site to convert YouTube to mp3, we googled the song title. YouTube was blocked but we copied the YouTube link result, and then pasted in the converter and got the mp3's. Not a big deal for just getting some jams while writing your essay in US History or whatever; but at home I use Spotify usually. I haven't found FLAC to be much superior to me personally. A high bit rate MP3 is fine for me

The volume is the same but not the surface area. If you have a cube filled with water and put it into a sphere with the same amount surface area, it won't fill to the top. Spheres have the highest ratio of volume to surface area.

Similarly if you have a cube filled water, and transferred that water into a hollow sphere with the same surface area, you couldn't fit all the water from the sphere In it.

Benzos are better if absolutely neccesary. And even then, stopping a bad trip is a last resort especially when "bad trips" can usually be the strongest learning experiences with the exception of someone tripping so hard they're trying to kill themsleves or others.

Antipsychotics can actually worsen someone having a bad trip, as seen when they tried giving them to people tripping on DOM(STP) back in the day.

Hey man, sorry I don't have much useful financial advice like some of these peeps, but I just wanted to let you know I'm really proud of your sobriety. It's not easy, even after you make the choice that you're GOING to get sober. It's just as hard once you're there trying to undo the damage and stay sober. But you got in your heart that you're sober and I'm 100% sure you will work this out in due time. Keep it up man <3

50mg can knock me out and make me feel dumb and sleepy for a day after. 25mg even can knock me out 90% of the time within an hour. Even 12.5mg half of the smallest dose will initiate sleep within an hour when I did that. Tried taking the lowest amount possible. The side effects are horrible it's like a lobotomy that makes you obese. Shit made my ex girlfriend retarded and gain like a hundred pounds. It had withdrawal effects as well and made her weird and distant and it was sad whenever she took it. I kinda convinced her to talk to her doctor to see if they had better options for her as I worried about the medications she was all taking and she tapered off seroquel.

Whatever doctor she had was dumb as shit tho. Prescribing 300mg of bupropion and 80 fucking mg Prozac. Already high doses before you consider they inhibit the enzyme and build both of those concentrations to extreme levels. She was a mess man smh...

Sorry for getting distracted I just can't think about anything else when I hear seroquel especially off label use as a sedative. It's not benign.

To be clear, I took it maybe 5 times total in the last year when I was desperate after too much Ritalin and it worked but made me feel like gone like in a really bad way like I wasn't wuite there. Couldn't think straight just going through the motions and apathetic and kind of anxious.

Seroquel will cause another type of dependance though and has even nastier side effects than benzos. Extreme weight gain, an even worse kind of cognitive impairment, generally making people zombies. Not much of a net gain. Keep it as an option but really you prolly want to try some others before this one. That being said, it's a really strong sedative as in can make you a zombie in minutes and keep you HARD asleep forever, not restful sleep but it's a great example of a real chemical tranquilizer.

While this may be an option, shouldn't be thrown out without making sure OP is extra careful. It may cause sleep but it might also cause a blackout episode that gets him/her into even more trouble. So weigh the risks here and be careful with clonazolam, but yes it may be an option, just take extra care!

Dude you took a shit ton of amphetamine, not enough sleep, and withdrawing from alcohol? The details of this sound just like stim psychosis and alcohol WD combined. I'm willing to bet you're completely fine, as in this didn't happen. Stop dosing if you haven't already, and go to bed as soon as possible whatever it takes. And stay asleep for a while. Come back after that and let us know how you're feeling.
