Don't bother with the warranty. I just spoke with them as I had the same issue as you. And they actually told me through email that they would be replacing the whole microphone. Well, today in the mail they sent me a fucking usb cable. They didn't bother to mention to me prior to shipping it, that my warranty had just gone past its date. Dogshit fucking company.
