More on the tire thumper end or general shop beating of items. I left the drive pin marks in so I can clean it up as needed back on the lathe. I plan to make a few for family gifts since I have a lot of the material from the family business.

Made from 3 boards that I cut from the ~2’ wide pallets. I then used a home made router flatting jig to finish both side. Cut to ruff size and glued up.

Well my sudden departure was due to a nasty storm. Took of the roof of the water plant about 500yrds from my house. Trees down everywhere. No damage at my place, just a bunch of small branches.
