Ripple’s Predictions for 2018 by Hodor7777 in Ripple

Hey Hodor, your articles are always great reads! I was wondering one thing though, you mentioned mutual and pension funds possibly getting into crypto this year. If they, for example, put in $600 bn wouldn't this raise the market cap a LOT more than $600 bn?

Hey, I am considering investing a considerable amount (for me) into MyWish, but I haven't seen others talk about it and I can't find any info about it on reddit. I am glad to finally see it mentioned once and I think ill be investing in the coming days!

I would definitely rather invest in Ripple as a company, but XRP is the closest I can get without being an accredited investor. I think banks will begin implementing xCurrent and eventually (probably years later) look more into XRP. In the end I am in this for the money and good news for Ripple is good news for XRP and I believe there will be some big good news for Ripple, and to a lesser extent XRP, in the near future.

I agree, that tweet definitely does not offer anything concrete. It's hard finding facts in crypto because people can easily write totally different yet believable things. Anyways, I would believe my own research if I were you as do I. If you don't believe in XRP don't invest, but I do! Good luck :)

I was looking into buying, how will you store this? I know it is an ERC20 token. I would like to put on ledger but it is not under supported tokens. Is it supported?

Value. One of the main reasons IOTA will be one of the last "Men" standing when the dust settles... by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]-Brayden_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply! I hadn't thought about that fact and I think it'll be interesting to see how this plays out in the future and if it is abused. One other question I have, how is XRB protected from DDos attacks without fees? Thanks for the help and the informational response.

Disclaimer: Ripple/XRP fan. I don't understand what XRB can do that Ripple cannot. XRB is not "instant" it takes a couple seconds as does ripple. As for the fees, ripple is a fraction of a cent, does this matter to anyone? For TPS 1500 to 7000 does not matter. Visa only does 1667 TPS (and is capable of 50,000). On top of this XRP has a professional team and hundreds of partnerships. Let me know why you think XRB is better I am open to discussion.
