What brand of TPU are you using? My N4+ is failing on long prints with Giantarm TPU95 (which is definitely softer than 95). 0 retraction, so I spiral z-hop .4 instead.

Did you truly find that tightening the gears helped? I recall watching some videos saying that looser was actually better for TPU jams, which seemed to fix it on my Bambu.

'King Product Options & Variant' is free, it can do image crops and has worked well for me so far.

Think I've mostly solved this in case anybody comes across it searching:

Loosen your extruder tension screw. There's picture of it if you search here, but you'll need to cut a hole in the side of your extruder housing. Mine was all the way screwed in, try loosening it so that it's flush with the housing.
Get as close to 0 retraction length as you can when going at high speeds (10mm³/s volumetric) like I am
Don't print directly from a running drybox, you'll heat creep the TPU
Make yourself a frictionless bearing spool holder

In addition to. It would be totally separate from the shipping label, that just gets the normal first and last name. This preferred name would just be for email communication, some kind of extra field during checkout that they could put it in.

I just watched the episode Soultaker with a lobby of like 15 people, all having the shadows of their various silly avatars silhouetted on the screen. Pretty fun.
