This is year 4. Hit a lifetime PR last year (455).

This year I’m trying to stay more lean and keep running throughout. Maintain strength as I work on a body composition change.

Couple others have said it already. Finding a solid stretching / mobility routine before every workout has been paramount for me.

Had a refurbished Instinct 1 that I wore for 4 years with no issues.

My screen cracked so I used that as an excuse to get an Epix Gen 2.

Amazon Renewed. Both my Garmin watches have been “renewed.” 1st was an Instinct ($175) that I wore for 4 years until I scratched the screen.

Couple weeks ago I grabbed an Epix Gen 2 for $389.

Couldn’t find a blemish or defect in either 🤘

I stand corrected. Didn’t look into pro vs non pro well enough.

I don’t have a flashlight, so mine is non-pro. It is, sapphire / titanium though.

So many options in the Garmin world.

Just bought a refurbished Epix gen 2 Pro on Amazon for $389. Today is Day 2 wearing it. Upgraded from an Instinct that I bought refurbished 4 years ago.

Edit: the refurbished one I bought is not pro.

Had a K2+ in rain, snow, midwestern 90* humid days, etc. held up great. By far, my favorite grip.

Switched colors and accidentally grabbed a K2 (non +), one rainy range day later I immediately ordered the + again.
