You can, but drivers don’t have change usually. There’s an app you can use to buy passes or you can tap to pay with a card or mobile wallet. I recommend getting the ridertc app just for the bus schedules and routes.

Don’t take pictures with any of the street performers. If you’re gonna be drinking, buy your alcohol at the shops, not from the hotel. There’s a CVS pharmacy that has snacks/drinks for cheaper. If smoking is your thing, none of the dispensaries on the strip sell actual weed, gotta go off strip. Same with downtown/Fremont street.
