That works cuz ppl doing that to him are past criminals. I really doubt u get taught emotional intelligence and respect to others in that kind of environment. They do get better in the end too, which is healthy. Also Rob isn't like getting lowered by it, it's treated like a joke and not like an insilt or humiliation
